Advancing Digital Equity for All: Community-Based Recommendations for Developing Effective Digital Equity Plans to Close the Digital Divide and Enable Technology-Empowered Learning was developed under the guidance of Kristina Ishmael, Deputy Director of the Office of Educational Technology (OET) at the U.S. Department of Education. Within the OET, technical assistance was provided by Bernadette Adams, Jodie Lawrence, Kevin Johnstun, Eric Gorner, David Spicer, Chelsea Blankenship, and Myriam Allred.
Ji Soo Song, Jessica Ch’ng, and Hali Larkins served as the principal project team who designed and executed the DEER initiative.
